ABOUT THE FOUNDER

A master of space and time - With two decades of experience in media strategy and integrated advertising, Suzie Garofalo founded UBiQ Media to redefine what modern marketing can look like when people remain at the center of the work.

Her background spans digital media, traditional advertising, analytics, and performance strategy — helping brands navigate evolving consumer behavior with clarity, empathy, and measurable intent.

Suzie believes the strongest campaigns are built not only on data, but on emotional resonance, cultural understanding, and trust. This philosophy shapes UBiQ Media’s approach to creating transparent, inclusive, and strategically grounded media solutions for brands seeking meaningful growth in an AI-driven world.

As an independent, woman-owned agency, UBiQ Media offers agile thinking, collaborative partnership, and purpose-led strategy designed to help brands connect more authentically with the audiences they serve.

Continuing to build THE American Dream.

As a second-generation Korean American, Philly born and bred, I always knew I wanted to achieve the American Dream but…. what is the American Dream? As a daughter of immigrants, I knew how much my parents sacrificed everything to build a future here. No network. No playbook. Just hard, honest work, hope, and with support from the Korean community that helped us navigate a system that was never built for us.

In 2026, I left the corporate world to build an agency I needed but could never find. As a neurodivergent geriatric millennial, I was completely burned out. Failure is not an option so I knew there had to be another way to do what I love.

So I founded UBiQ.

A grassroots agency built around people, culture, community, and trust. A place where different perspectives are the advantage. Where specialists can do meaningful work and where voices that have historically been overlooked. I want to create a community that is diverse, inclusive, support families and build confident professionals with the ideal that opportunities are abundant, visible, and real. I want future children to see a world where they belong and can dream - to be creative, to be rebellious, and be seen.

I’m building UBiQ for the future. UBiQ Media pledges to donate portion of the proceeds to fund children’s education, public broadcasting, and charities supporting various local initiatives to support the greater community.
